Lily Zhou in partnership with Joe Zhou launched Lily’s American Diner in September, 2009. Lily is originally from a very small and remote town in Anhui Province and always dreamed of opening her own restaurant. Joe has worked as a chef for over 10 years in Beijing.
Both Lily and Joe have been associated with numerous Western restaurants in Beijing. It was because of this exposure to Western cuisine that they decided to open an American Diner in Beijing.
The main goal of Lily’s is simple - to make our customers happy by focusing on good service and quality food. We also want to continue to offer new dishes and we are always looking for ways to improve every aspect of our restaurant operations.
